Jessica Pawlak has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Jessica started their career at Star Concrete Floor Treatments as a Laborer in 2014. In 2015, they joined the Calgary Sport and Social Club as a Sports Coordinator, where they worked until September 2020. From 2011 to 2017, Jessica worked at RONA as a Customer Service Representative. In 2020, they joined Benevity, initially as a Support Associate and later as a Cause Support Specialist. Currently, they hold the position of Operations Lead, Cause Support at Benevity.

Jessica Pawlak attended Alberta Bible College from 2011 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Christian Studies. In addition, they also pursued a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Calgary from 2020 to 2021.
