Robb Johnstone began their career in 2004 as a Senior Copywriter at Rare Method, where they launched a new product for Shell Canada and developed content for Travel Alberta. Robb then moved on to Critical Mass in 2007, where they served as a Senior Copywriter and led online marketing initiatives for clients such as Dell and Hyatt Hotels. In 2008, they joined Watermark Advertising Design as a Senior Writer, working on projects for Mark's Work Wearhouse. From 2009 to 2013, they worked at UX Guys Inc. as a Senior Content Strategist. In 2013, they joined Redline Interactive as a Content Director, where they oversaw inbound marketing strategies for clients. Robb then worked as a Content Manager at Live Out There Inc. from 2014 to 2015. Since 2015, they have been serving as a Content Team Lead at Benevity, where they design and writes content for major companies like Apple and Microsoft. Additionally, from 2012 to 2017, they served as the Creative Director for Jump On Flyaways.
Robb Johnstone has a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Alberta. Robb also holds a Journalism Certificate from Langara College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and English from the University of Alberta. In addition, they obtained a Talk Master Certification from Speaker Labs in December 2018.
