Delphine Rolando is an experienced professional in bioinformatics and data science, currently serving as Director of Bioinformatic Data Science at BenevolentAI since October 2018, after progressing through various roles including Lead, Senior, and Bioinformatics Data Scientist. Prior to this, Delphine conducted postdoctoral research as a Research Associate and Research Assistant at Imperial College London from October 2011 to September 2018, focusing on transcriptomics and epigenetics of beta cells related to type 2 diabetes in Jorge Ferrer's lab. Delphine holds a PhD in Systems Biology from Imperial College London, complemented by an MSc in Bioinformatics and Systems Biology, and an engineering diploma from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy. Early career experience includes a development internship at Adequasys and a first-year engineer internship at Volkswagen AG.
