Megan Boston is the current Executive Director and Head of Operations Australia at Benitec Biopharma. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director at Omni Market Tide Limited from April 2014 to July 2016. During their time as Managing Director, Megan oversaw the company from start-up and was responsible for commercialising the shareholder engagement app and selling the product to public companies in Australia. Megan also developed the company strategy, produced a framework of policies, processes and procedures, established a sales team and developed a sales framework and process, and implemented and negotiated strategic alliances throughout APAC. In addition, Megan established a digital marketing strategy for B2B and B2C and listed the company on the ASX.

Megan Boston has a graduate degree from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a professional designation as a Chartered Accountant from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Finance from Griffith University.
