Hayley DeLano is an experienced Physical Education Teacher currently working at Benjamin Franklin Charter School since July 2023, and previously served as a P.E. Teacher and Head Coach at American Leadership Academy from August 2015 to May 2023. With a strong background in fitness and coaching, Hayley has expertise in planning workouts that encourage student athletes to develop lifelong fitness habits and has managed teams as a head coach. Prior experience includes coaching track and field at Williams Field High School, serving as an administrative assistant, and substitute teaching in Higley Unified School District. Hayley also worked as an Admissions Counselor at the University of Phoenix and as a Fitness Consultant at Naturally Women. Hayley holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Utah State University and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Mesa Community College.

Benjamin Franklin Charter School is one of Arizona's first charter schools and has been "Educating Arizona...One Student at a Time" TM since 1995. We have three elementary (K-6) campuses and one junior high/high school (7-12) campus located in Arizona's East Valley. We not only meet the state's requirements, but more importantly we develop virtuous, educated leaders prepared to lead a full and honorable life.
