Kelly Kirchler has a diverse work experience in the technology and customer service fields.

Kelly started their career at Alligare LLC in 2012, where they worked as a Customer Service representative.

In this role, they interacted with customers, assisted with order management, and ensured customer satisfaction.

Kelly also handled daily communication with warehouse personnel, vendors, and freight brokers, and managed projects from start to finish.

In 2013, Kelly joined Benson Integrated Marketing Solutions as a Customer Service Coordinator.

Kelly supported clients by prioritizing projects, interacting with them during the order and approval process, and maintaining project management responsibilities.

In 2014, they were promoted to Operations Project Manager, where they assisted the SVP of Operations on implementing the company's MIS system and worked on product development and standard operating procedures.

In 2015, they became the Manager of Technology Operations, responsible for establishing and maintaining technical and operational processes, researching and evaluating solutions, and providing training.

Finally, in 2017, they became the Director of Technology, collaborating with the COO to develop technology strategies, managing online ordering platforms, and driving the strategic development of software solutions.

Kelly Kirchler attended the Darla Moore School of Business from 2006 to 2011. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management.
