Mark Vela has extensive experience in operations management within the subsea and consulting sectors, currently serving as Operations Systems Manager at Benthic since June 2022. Prior roles include Business Systems Specialist at VADX Consulting and Regional Operations Manager at Ashtead Technology. Mark has demonstrated leadership as Operations Manager at ROVOP, Global ROV Asset Manager at Tidewater Subsea, and i-Tech Operations Manager at Subsea7. With a background that began as ROV Superintendent at Canyon Offshore and a Pilot Tech Trainee at Sonsub Inc., Mark possesses a comprehensive skill set developed over more than two decades in the industry. Education was completed at Alvin Community College.
