Steve Jones

Steve Jones is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Chief Technical Engineer and Engineering Platform Leader for the Continental & Flying Spur at Bentley Motors since March 2007. In this role, Steve represents the Engineering Member of the Board and oversees all technical and financial matters within the product line. Previously, Steve held several leadership positions in powertrain management, including Head of Powertrain Management and Head of W12 Powertrain, managing departments of engineers and designers focused on various powertrain and thermal management systems. Prior to Bentley Motors, Steve worked as Department Manager for Vehicle Engineering at Ricardo and has also served as a firefighter with Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service since January 2015. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Product Design from The University of Huddersfield, earned in 1995.
