Katherine Lampley PhD serves as the Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Bentley University since 2013, also holding the positions of Assistant Provost for Diversity & Inclusion and Executive Director of the Office of Diversity & Inclusion. Prior experience includes directing summer programs at Brimmer and May School from 2007 to 2013 and serving as Associate Director of Admission at Bentley University from 2002 to 2007. Earlier in the career, Katherine worked as a consultant at Abt Associates from 1996 to 1999. Katherine earned a PhD in Leadership and Change from Antioch University, an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a BS in Economics and Finance from Bentley University.
