Adam Roach

SVP, Head of JAPAC at BeOne Medicines

Adam Roach is currently VP and Head of Asia Pacific at BeiGene serving on our Executive Committee and Global Commercial Leadership Team. Mr. Roach is accountable for setting our vision in Asia Pacific, developing commercial strategies, and has P&L responsibility across our diverse markets in the region.

Mr. Roach brings a wealth of experience from Johnson & Johnson’s pharmaceutical business, where he held various leadership roles of increasing responsibility in multiple functions, including government affairs & policy, communications, market access, and commercial across Asia Pacific, EMEA, and the U.S.

Most recently before joining BeiGene, Mr. Roach served as VP and Head of Oncology for Janssen Japan leading a business of more than 400 people.

Throughout his career, Mr. Roach has demonstrated success in driving growth and business results, developing people, and engaging teams. He has a passion for people, teamwork, talent development, diversity, and inclusion.

Mr. Roach earned a Master of Business Administration from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, a Master of Arts in International Relations and Politics from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Manufacturing Management from University of Technology Sydney. In addition to his role with BeiGene, Mr. Roach currently serves on the Board of Directors for Medicines Australia.
