Eddie Piazza is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital project management, product design, and strategic development across multiple industries. As a co-founder and digital project manager at DropBowl, Eddie focused on designing digital infrastructure, utilizing AI and unstructured data, and managing development teams. Previous roles included digital project manager and developer/designer at Mahou San Miguel, where Eddie oversaw comprehensive software design and UX/UI for platforms and mobile applications. As CTO at Wonkahost, Eddie implemented digital infrastructure and managed technology integrations, while at Vimlet, comprehensive management of client projects and strategic UX/UI design were essential responsibilities. Eddie’s entrepreneurial journey began as co-founder and business development manager at Open Grow, where product design and international market development were key focuses. Eddie’s formal education includes a degree in Business and Commercial Administration from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, with a specialization in the tourism sector, and an earlier degree in Business Management from the Molière French Lyceum of Madrid.
