Aicha Diagne

Aicha Diagne currently serves as chargée d'affaires IT at BeOpen IT since January 2023 and holds the position of CEO Right Hand at CNO since November 2020. In their role at CNO, Aicha focuses on supporting the CEO with operational tasks, managing recruitment, and leading market studies to inform product development and go-to-market strategies. Aicha also engages with investors and contributes to marketing operations. Previously, Aicha was responsible for digital marketing at BeOpenIT from November 2019 to July 2020, where notable contributions included developing a digital marketing strategy and revamping the company website. Aicha began their career with an internship in marketing, communication, and HR at Nappyme SAS in early 2018. Aicha holds a Master’s degree in Marketing, Design, and Brand Strategies from INSEEC, a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from SKEMA Business School, and a DUT in Administrative and Commercial Management from Université du Littoral Côte d'Opale.
