Alberto Benegiamo

Alberto Benegiamo is a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently working at Berachain since August 2024. Prior to this role, Alberto served as a Senior Software Engineer at Ava Labs from May 2021 to September 2024 and at Horizen Labs from November 2019 to May 2021. Alberto's career also includes a position as a System Developer and Scrum Master in Derivatives Markets at the London Stock Exchange Group from May 2016 to November 2019. Alberto began with a strong academic foundation, holding a PhD scholarship at Inria from November 2013 to August 2015, during which mathematical tools for smart grids were developed. Alberto's education includes a Master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering and Bachelor's degrees in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications, as well as Nanotechnology, from prominent institutions in Italy and Norway.
