Joshua Buning

Joshua Buning is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in organizational development and human resource management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Berean Baptist Church in Minnesota since January 2023, Joshua oversees HR processes and supports strategic practices to cultivate a healthy workforce. Previously, as a Human Resources Management Consultant with the LAMB Project from September 2017 to December 2022, Joshua aligned HR functions with strategic goals, introduced training initiatives, and developed policies to enhance compliance and operational agility. Earlier roles include serving as an OD Consultant at Agrowsource from 2011 to 2017, where Joshua managed personnel selection and led continuous improvement efforts while fostering stakeholder relationships. Joshua holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Cultural Anthropology & Communications from Kuyper College.
