Berge & Meer was founded in 1978 in Rengsdorf, Westerwald. Today, the tour operator offers journeys in more than 80 countries from Alaska to Zanzibar. The program ranges from exclusive round and adventure trips, combinations and cruises to journeys where costumers make their own travel arrangements. In addition special packages like round trips with medical assistance and cruises with an own tour operator for costumers of Berge & Meer. A further highlight are the so-called “hotel treasures”, carefully selected residences of Berge & Meer in Corsica, Ischia, Sardinia, Calabria and Albania which distinguish themselves with regard to their extraordinary location, their various opportunities for activities and their fair prices.
