Richard Foster

Richard Foster serves as President of Bering Straits Information Technology, LLC, and holds the position of Senior Vice President for Business Development at Bering Straits Native Corporation, both since February 2004. Additionally, Richard is the Senior Executive Vice President at the same corporation. Prior experience includes serving as President of AMS at ASRC from 2001 to 2003. Richard holds an MBA in Business Organizational Management and Human Resources from the University of La Verne, earned between 1995 and 1997.
