Jessica Shabatura

Jessica Shabatura, M.Ed, is an experienced professional in instructional design and educational technology. Currently serving as an Experience Designer at Berkadia since February 2022, Jessica previously held the position of Visual Lead of Instructional Design at the University of Arkansas from 2010 to 2022, where skills in applied learning theory were utilized to build a talented media team. As the lead Instructional Designer for the College of Architecture and the Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas, Jessica successfully transitioned the undergraduate business degree to a fully online format. Prior experience includes roles as Joint Managing Director at SEA Star International, LLC, Co-Owner of Taproot Studios, Creative Director for the Eureka Springs City Advertising & Promotion Commission, and Unit Production Manager at Progressive Productions. Jessica earned a Master's degree in Instructional Technology from the University of Arkansas between 2009 and 2013.
