Matthew Stefanski

Matthew Stefanski is a Senior Managing Director at Berkadia, leading the Philadelphia Multifamily Investment Sales Team since August 2016, with a focus on multifamily property sales for private equity owners, developers, institutions, and high net worth individuals. With over 10 years of experience in the field, Matthew has successfully closed over 100 transactions totaling more than 15,000 units valued in excess of $2 billion. Prior to Berkadia, Matthew served as Vice President of Multifamily Investment Sales at CBRE from September 2010 to August 2016 and worked as an Associate Relationship Manager in Commercial Real Estate Lending at M&T Bank from March 2007 to September 2010. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Penn State University, earned in 2007.
