Nick Nicholson

Nick Nicholson has extensive experience in the finance and healthcare sectors, currently serving as a Board Member at Seabury Resources for Aging since March 2020 and as Managing Director at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage since November 2015. Prior roles include Managing Director at Cain Brothers, where financing and M&A advisory services were provided to healthcare providers, and Vice President at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage, focusing on HUD/FHA financing for multifamily housing and healthcare properties.
