Amy Ye is a dedicated legal professional with diverse experience in law and business. Currently serving as an Associate Editor for the California Law Review and an LL.M. Legal Research and Writing Tutor at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, Amy also holds positions as Senior Managing Editor and Supervising Editor for the Berkeley Business Law Journal. Involving leadership roles within the Startup Law Initiative at Berkeley Law and contributions as a Legal Intern with Volunteers of Legal Service, Amy is committed to supporting small business owners through legal services. Previous experiences include academic consulting and assistant roles at various institutions, highlighting strong abilities in research and teaching. Amy is pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at UC Berkeley following a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from UBC Sauder School of Business.
