Paul Kobliska

Paul Kobliska has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as the School Principal at Berkeley Heights Public Schools since July 2022. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Principal at Riverdale Public School from July 2018 to June 2022 and served as STEM Supervisor at Pequannock Township Public Schools from July 2013 to June 2018, where the focus was on enhancing instructional programs to meet modern educational standards. Additionally, Paul contributed as a teacher for a decade at Scotch Plains Fanwood Board of Education and briefly acted as Interim Vice-Principal at Terrill Middle School. Paul Kobliska holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Administration and Supervision and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Saint Elizabeth University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Scranton.

Berkeley Heights Public Schools

The Berkeley Heights Public Schools are a comprehensive community public school district serving students in pre-Kindergarten through twelfth grade from Berkeley Heights in Union County, New Jersey. The district is classified by the New Jersey Department of Education as being in District Factor Group "I"​, the second-highest of eight groupings. District Factor Groups organize districts statewide to allow comparison by common socioeconomic characteristics of the local districts. From lowest socioeconomic status to highest, the categories are A, B, CD, DE, FG, GH, I and J. The district's high school serves public school students of Berkeley Heights, along with those from the neighboring Borough of Mountainside who are educated at the high school as part of a sending/receiving relationship with the Mountainside School District. Governor Livingston also provides programs for deaf, hard of hearing and cognitively-impaired students who are enrolled from all over north-central New Jersey. The Board of Education and administrative offices for the district are located in the original Columbia School building on Plainfield Avenue, adjacent to middle school building.
