Currently serving as Community Sales Manager at Berkeley Homes since September 2015, Elise has a strong background in helping prospective home buyers find homes that suit their lifestyles and budgets, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Prior to this role, Elise worked at Oakwood Homes, LLC from September 2003 to April 2015 as a New Home Sales Counselor, and previously held the position of Human Resources Manager, overseeing various HR functions including recruitment, training, and conflict resolution. Elise Hatfield holds a Human Resources Management Certification from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2004 and 2006.
