Cristian Ionescu-Zanetti is a seasoned professional in the life sciences sector, currently serving as Principal Consultant for life sciences platforms and diagnostic companies since August 2024, where expertise includes go-to-market strategies and advising early-stage startups. Concurrently, Cristian acts as a Key Advisor at Berkeley SkyDeck, supporting biotech and medtech startups. Previously, Cristian held the position of Vice President of Product Management at Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp., overseeing the oncology product portfolio and achieving significant revenue growth. Cristian's early career includes roles as Director of Program/Product Management at Guardant Health and co-founding Fluxion Biosciences. Research experience was gained at the University of California, Berkeley. Cristian holds a PhD in Biophysics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a BS in Physics from UC Santa Barbara.
