Sibyl Chen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience across multiple sectors including technology, film, and eCommerce. Currently serving as General Manager and Head of Program at Berkeley SkyDeck since October 2018, Chen oversees one of the leading university accelerator programs, supporting nearly 300 startups annually. Previous roles include Director of Partner Development & Marketing at Matterport, where efforts centered on product marketing and key partnerships, and Founder/COO of Found Eats, focused on an artisanal gourmet food eCommerce platform. Additional experience encompasses serving as President/Producer at Crystal Entertainment and work in film finance and international sales at Creative Artists Agency and Mandate Pictures. Sibyl Chen holds a Master's degree in International Relations from Johns Hopkins and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, alongside studies at the University of Oxford.
