Gregory Douglas has a wealth of experience in the insurance industry, starting with their role as Assistant Vice President at Gen Re from 1982 to 1986. Gregory then worked as Vice President at Continental Insurance from 1986 to 1992, followed by a position as Assistant Vice President at AIG from 1992 to 1993. Gregory then spent a significant portion of their career at XL Group plc, where they served as Senior Vice President from 1993 to 2009. Gregory later joined BF Re Underwriters as EVP & COO from 2010 to 2012. Gregory then held leadership positions at Berkley Re Solutions and Berkley Program Specialists, both Berkley companies, where they currently serve as President since 2013 and 2016 respectively.

Gregory Douglas attended Iowa State University from 1977 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Political Science and Economics.
