Shawna Dojan is an experienced Senior Collections Specialist with a tenure at Berkley Risk Administrators spanning from 2001 to the present. Shawna has held dual roles as a Policy Service Technician and Underwriting, focusing on the configuration of billing and collections for new systems and managing collections for multiple programs, including Assigned Risk and self-insured entities. Responsibilities also include reviewing past due premiums and deductible recovery amounts, as well as addressing litigation and legal correspondence in a prior role as Sr. Collections Specialist. Shawna’s experience includes significant interaction with outside counsel and compliance notification to relevant agencies. Prior to Berkley, Shawna worked at Bremer Bank and Norwest Bank in various roles. Shawna holds educational credentials from North Hennepin Technical College.
