Arthur S. W. Ebbin Jr. BBA, CPA (CMA) currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Business Finance for the Bermuda Hospitals Board, overseeing budgeting, planning, analytics, performance reporting, and general ledger management since July 2013. Prior experience includes leadership roles such as Director of Finance and Finance Manager at Bacardi International Limited, Owner of Affinity Construction Services, General Manager & CFO at Pro-active Management Systems Limited, and General Manager & Partner at Bermuda Accountant and Management Services Limited. Arthur has a strong foundation in finance and accounting, having managed various teams and projects across multiple sectors, including construction and finance services. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Acadia University and foundational studies at Bermuda College and The Berkeley Institute. Arthur began a career in public service as a Police Constable with the Bermuda Police Service from 1979 to 1987.
