Frank Scipione

Frank Scipione is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in plant operations and management. Currently serving as Plant Engineer for Bernards Township Board of Education since June 2018, Frank previously held the position of Manager of Central Plants at Rutgers University, where responsibilities included overseeing cogeneration and central heating plants. Prior roles include Lead Mechanical Engineer at Progress/Duke Energy, where Frank managed engineering oversight for power generation plants, and Technical Manager/Engineering Department Head at PSEG, leading a team to enhance plant systems' design and performance. With earlier experience as Senior Facilities Consultant at The Dome-Tech Group and as Technical Sales Consultant at Belzona, Frank has demonstrated expertise in commissioning and cost-saving mechanical solutions. Frank’s career began with PSEG in various roles focusing on organizational design and industrial engineering, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The City College of New York.
