Frank Scipione

Frank Scipione is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in plant operations and management. Currently serving as Plant Engineer for Bernards Township Board of Education since June 2018, Frank previously held the position of Manager of Central Plants at Rutgers University, where responsibilities included overseeing cogeneration and central heating plants.
