Bjoern Steckenborn has extensive experience in the finance sector, primarily in equity trading roles. Currently serving as an Equity Sales Trader at Sanford C. Bernstein since January 2011, Bjoern previously held positions as a Proprietary Trader at Global Equities Trading, LLC from September 2008 to December 2010, and as an Equity Sales & Execution Trader at Steubing AG from March 2004 to September 2008. Bjoern’s career began at Close Brothers Seydler AG in similar roles between March 2002 and March 2004, and Bjoern returned to Steubing AG for an earlier position from December 2000 to March 2002. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Global Finance from The New School, New York, and a Diplom-Kaufmann degree in Business Administration and Economics from Universität des Saarlandes. Bjoern completed secondary education at Kolleg St. Blasien.
