Cheryl de Krei has extensive work experience in the financial industry, starting in 1993 as an Assistant in Equity Research at Montgomery Securities. Cheryl then worked as an Editor in Equity Research at NationsBanc Montgomery Securities from 1997 to 1998. Cheryl then joined Banc of America Securities as an Associate Analyst from 1998 to 1999. Cheryl continued their career at Jefferies & Co. as a Senior Research Associate from 1999 to 2006. Finally, Cheryl joined AB Bernstein in 2006 as the Global Head of Publishing & Supervisory Analysts.
Cheryl de Krei pursued their education by first attending Central Washington University from 1985 to 1988. During this time, they earned their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in English and American Literature. Following that, they furthered their academic journey at the University of Oregon, where they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in English Renaissance Literature from 1988 to 1997.
