Brooke Forrester, MBA, SHRM-CP, PHR has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Brooke currently holds the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Berry Aviation, Inc. Brooke previously served as the Chief People Officer at Meta Special Aerospace and as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Commuter Air Technology. Brooke also worked as an HR Generalist II at J-W Energy Company and as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Citizen Potawatomi Nation. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in strategic HR planning, staffing initiatives, performance management, employee relations, and general administration. Brooke has a strong ability to develop and maintain working relationships, provide professional advice and guidance, and handle employee relations matters.
