Julie Alfred Sullivan

Julie Alfred Sullivan currently serves as Principal and Public Health Practice Lead at BerryDunn, where expertise includes building a comprehensive Public Health Practice, conducting statewide health assessments, and managing multiple federal grants, particularly in the areas of maternal and infant health, HIV, and COVID-19 response. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Policy Advisor for the City of Portland, Maine, where significant improvements in housing safety and revenue generation were achieved, and as Public Health Department Director overseeing a $9.2 million division.
