Ann-Kristin Kristiansen has extensive experience in digital development and customer relationship management, currently serving as the Leder digital utvikling salg and Digital developer manager at Bertel O. Steen AS since January 2018. Prior roles include CRM Manager at both Bertel O. Steen Detalj AS and Bertel O. Steen AS, as well as Business Developer focusing on customer satisfaction systems and growth responsibilities in the Snap Drive chain. Academic qualifications include a Siviløkonom degree in Strategy, Organization, and Management from the Norwegian School of Economics and further studies at Dalhousie University and the University of South-Eastern Norway.
