Regis Grasser

Regis Grasser, PhD, is a seasoned expert in photonics and optoelectronics with extensive experience across multiple high-tech companies. Currently serving as Head of Photonic Bureau at Bertin Technologies since November 2019, Regis has previously held key positions including Head of the optoelectronics department at Leosphere, where the focus was on LiDAR architecture development, and Head of the optical department at ARIANE GROUP, CILAS, overseeing research and development for defense and space applications. Additional roles include consulting for the European Defense Agency and contributing to optical technology initiatives. With a foundational education in optics, including a Master's degree from Institut d'Optique Graduate School and a PhD in Non-linear Optics from Université Marie et Louis Pasteur, Regis has a strong track record in developing cutting-edge optical systems and technologies.
