Founder at Besample

Tamila Feldman has a diverse work experience. In 2023, they founded Besample and currently serves as the Founder and COO. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Project Manager at friday.software. Tamila also founded Future Flights in 2018 and served as the CEO until 2020. Tamila has experience as a Project Manager at both the Institute for street art exploration and development from 2016 to 2017, and the Grand Choral Synagogue in Saint-Petersburg from 2014 to 2016. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Project Manager at the Saint-Petersburg Regional Branch of Russian Red Cross. Additionally, Tamila was employed as a Specialist at HRSolutions Russia in 2012.

Tamila Feldman has a diverse and well-rounded education history. Tamila obtained a Master's degree in Technological Innovations Management from ITMO University, where they studied from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Givat Haviva University from 2012 to 2013, focusing on Arabic Language and Political Science. Tamila also holds a Master's degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Saint Petersburg State University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In 2009, Tamila briefly studied at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, specifically at The Rothberg International School.

In addition to their formal education, Tamila has obtained several certifications. Tamila completed the Introduction to UI and UX Design Course as well as the Principles of Data Literacy Course, both at Codecademy in June 2022. Tamila also acquired an IELTS certification from IELTS USA in April 2015. These certifications demonstrate their dedication to continuous learning and further developing their skills in various areas.

Besample is a new tool designed to empower social scientists to study participants beyond Western, educated, industrialized, rich, democratic (WEIRD) populations. Ninety-six percent of research studies only use American or European participants, which does not accurately represent the diversity of humanity. Besample provides a fast, reliable, and affordable way for social scientists to collect data directly from respondents in 42 countries across Africa, Asia, South America, and Eastern Europe.
