Elena Calancea is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales control, tactical planning, and financial analysis. Currently serving as Sales Controller and Head of Tactical Planning & Control at Besedo since June 2018, Elena specializes in forecasting global services workload, resource planning, and operational control.
