Richard Fern

Richard Fern is an accomplished facilities management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Facilities at Bessemer Trust since June 2015, Fern has previously held positions such as Facility Project Consultant in Global Operations at CR Bard and Vice President of Facilities at both Phoenix Partners Group and BGC Partners. Additionally, Fern has a strong background in facilities management from Eurobrokers and co-owned Midtown Elevator Co Inc. with a foundation in education that includes studies at New York University, Brooklyn College, and certifications from organizations such as the U.S. Green Building Council and BICSI.
