Talha Tariq

Talha Tariq currently serves as the Chief Information, Data & Security Officer at HashiCorp, where career progression includes roles such as Chief Security Officer & SVP Engineering and VP & Chief Security Officer since joining in 2019. Prior to HashiCorp, Talha held the position of Chief Information Security Officer at Anki and FinancialForce, and served as Director of Cybersecurity & Privacy at PwC from 2011 to 2015. Talha began a career in software engineering at NCR Corporation and Microsoft before transitioning to security-focused roles. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Information Security (Cryptography) from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences.
