Meghan Glass, PMP, and SAFe® SPC, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and project leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Associate Director of Product at Best Buy, Meghan supervises product managers, oversees strategic partnerships, and drives innovative app growth initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Product Manager, where Meghan delivered critical enterprise payment solutions, and Product Manager, where Meghan successfully spearheaded digital transformation efforts. Additionally, Meghan is an instructor at the University of Minnesota and a Principal Consultant and Trainer at Beyond Enough, specializing in product management best practices and Agile methodologies. With a strong academic background, including a PhD candidate in Medieval English Literature at Durham University, Meghan is dedicated to mentoring and elevating team performance while driving impactful business results.
