Amy Stengel Jd (she/her/hers)

Amy Stengel, JD has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Amy is currently the Head of Learning and Development at Best Egg. Prior to this, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware. Amy also served as the Program Director and Special Events Director at the Women's Leadership Initiative at UD from 2020 to 2021. Amy is also the Owner and Principal of their own consulting company, Intentional Aim Consulting, LLC, since 2020. Amy has extensive experience in the financial industry, having held various leadership roles at Wilmington Trust, including Group Vice President and Managing Director. Amy also worked as a Corporate Counsel at SFFC, Inc., a Division of Smithfield Foods. Earlier in their career, Amy worked at The Stewart Law Firm, LLLP, and as an English Teacher at Christina School District. Throughout their career, Amy has demonstrated a commitment to diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Amy Stengel, JD (she/her/hers) earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Education from the University of Delaware, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Amy then pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Corporate and Tax law at Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law, completing their education from 1999 to 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Amy Stengel has obtained several certifications to further enhance their professional skills. These certifications include a DecisionWise 360 Coaching Certification from DecisionWise, obtained in July 2022, an Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty from SHRM obtained in August 2020, a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University obtained in June 2020, and an iMap Certified Coach credential from iMap Strategic Solutions obtained in April 2020.
