Katie Setliff is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in hotel management and sales. Currently serving as the Regional Service Manager for Best Western® Hotels & Resorts since January 2023, Katie has also held the position of Senior Sales and Catering Manager at Holiday Inn Greensboro Airport since March 2021. Previous experience includes serving as the General Manager and Opening General Manager at Tru by Hilton, as well as roles as Corporate Sales Manager and Sales Manager at Marriott Hotels. Katie's extensive tenure at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) included various positions such as General Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing, and Operations Manager, showcasing a strong foundation in both operations and sales within the hospitality industry.
