Orkhan Badalov has extensive experience in program management, digital transformation, and product development, currently serving as Deputy CEO, CDxO, and Program Management and Product Development Director at Bestcomp Group since January 2019. As a Co-Founder and Managing Principal at RUNNER since August 2018, Orkhan has also contributed to PMO Global Alliance as a judging committee member for the PMO Global Awards in both 2020 and 2021. Previous roles include project management positions at Azerconnect LLC and Bakcell, where Orkhan held various leadership positions related to technology assessment and quality assurance. Orkhan holds an M.B.A. from Marymount California University and multiple degrees in Telecommunications Engineering from Azerbaijan Technical University.
