Aaron Bastian, MBA has diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Aaron began their career as an E-Commerce Administrator at AT&T in 2001. Aaron then worked as a Marketing Consultant at URS Corporation from 2005 to 2010. In 2009, Aaron joined the City of Atlanta as a Communications and Project Manager, where they developed and executed communication strategies for sustainability initiatives.
Afterward, Aaron transitioned to The Home Depot, where they served as Corporate Communications Manager from 2016 to 2018. In this role, they developed PR strategies and executed proactive reputation plans for various corporate initiatives.
From 2018 to 2022, Aaron worked at NBCUniversal Media, LLC as a Senior Press Manager. Here, they oversaw press strategy and developed relationships with on-screen talent and production teams. Aaron executed award campaigns and secured press coverage, appearances, and interviews for show talent.
Currently, Aaron is the Senior Director of Publicity and Communications at BET Networks, where they are responsible for leading the publicity and communications efforts.
Aaron Bastian, MBA obtained their Master's degree in Business Administration from Clark Atlanta University in 2008. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at Louisiana State University.
