Jake Egan

Jake Egan is an experienced production manager and mechanical engineer with a background in aerospace and manufacturing. Currently serving as Production Manager at Beta Bionics, Jake has also held the role of Production Supervisor within the same company since September 2020. Prior experience includes working as a Mechanical Engineer at NovaWurks, Inc., where design work focused on aerospace assemblies, and as R&D Engineer Team Lead at BW Integrated Systems, where leadership resulted in significant improvements to a container rejection system. Jake’s skills encompass CAD design, structural simulations, program management, and efficiency optimization through lean manufacturing principles and VBA coding. With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Liberty University, Jake's earlier roles include tutoring mathematics and physics and a program analyst position at UTC Aerospace Systems, which further developed analytical and process improvement skills.
