Paisha Schaneberg

Paisha Schaneberg, MHA, currently serves as the Manager of Patient Safety Programs at BETA Healthcare Group, where responsibilities include developing and delivering interdisciplinary education on organizational culture and safety science. Prior to this role, Paisha held various positions at Keck Medicine of USC, including Program Manager, where efforts were concentrated on the Culture of Safety Initiative, and Project Manager, focusing on the implementation of best practice programs. Paisha also gained experience as a Risk Specialist, overseeing teamwork skills and communication training, and as an Integrated Risk Management Administrative Resident at Pepperdine University, managing events and assisting in health sciences education. Paisha's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration from USC and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine and Studio Art from Pepperdine University.
