Nirmali

Nirmali is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Senior Manager HR Business Partner at BetaNXT since November 2022, Nirmali previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Carrier from March 2017 to November 2022. Earlier roles include time as Human Resources Business Partner and Team Lead for Talent Acquisition at Wipro Limited from January 2007 to February 2017, as well as an HR Consultant at Crest Consulting from October 2006 to May 2007. Nirmali holds an Executive General Management Programme degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a PGDHRM from Symbiosis.
