Timothy Schaffer

Timothy Schaffer is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in pricing strategy and corporate development. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Pricing and Solutions at BetaNXT since November 2022, Schaffer previously held key positions at Broadridge from April 2005 to November 2022, including Vice President of Strategic Pricing and Deal Advisory, Vice President of Finance and Strategic Pricing, and Senior Director roles focused on finance and mergers & acquisitions. Schaffer has a strong track record of leading pricing processes for domestic and international business opportunities, developing deal strategies, and managing corporate development initiatives. Schaffer holds an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University and a BS in Finance from Rider University.
