Kay Brown

Kay Brown is an experienced social media professional currently serving as the Director of Social Media at 12th Tribe since June 2025. In addition to this role, Kay hosts The Betchelor Podcast at Betches Media, a position held since February 2017. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Social Media Producer and Senior Social Media Manager at LG Beauty/Dr. Groot and Gap, respectively. Kay began a career at SIR Capital Management, LP as an Admin Assistant, where responsibilities included managing calendars and office upkeep. Additionally, Kay was the Social Media Manager for Fly for MS Foundation, overseeing social media content across multiple platforms. Kay holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Northern Kentucky University, earned between 2007 and 2011.
