The current leadership team at Betelco has a lot of experience in the engineering and telecommunications industries. The team is led by a general manager who has experience working in Establishments and as an engineer. The team also includes a chief engineer, who has experience working in Beta Engineering, and a director of microwave, who has experience working in Pakistan/Bangladesh Telegraph & Telephone. The team is rounded out by an assistant TV engineer, who has experience working in Mehar Industries. All of the members of the leadership team have a background in electrical engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology.
