Aleksandra Novitskaya is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in recruitment and human resource management. Currently serving as HR Manager at Betera since November 2022, Aleksandra specializes in employee onboarding, talent management, and policy development. Prior to Betera, Aleksandra worked as a Recruiter at Andersen Lab and held roles at Холдинг Атлант-М, where responsibilities included candidate selection, employee adaptation, and conducting exit interviews. Additional experience includes roles at Альфа-Банк (Беларусь) as a training specialist and office manager, as well as time at the National Library of Belarus, organizing tours and events. Aleksandra holds a degree from Белорусский государственный университет, completed between 2007 and 2012.
